La victoria en Miranda y Carabobo es significativa, as\u00ed como en la alcald\u00eda metropolitana de Caracas. <!--more--> A las 12.40 de la madrugada de este lunes, el Consejo Nacional Electoral dio su primer bolet\u00edn extraoficial sobre los resultados de la jornada electoral, inform\u00e1ndose que las fuerzas que apoyan al Presidente Ch\u00e1vez lograron la victoria en 19 de las 23 gobernaciones. <\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3lo en Zulia y Nueva Esparta las fuerzas bolivarianas fueron derrotadas, mientras que el Yaracuy la diferencia es de apenas 2 mil votos a favor del chavismo. Las alcald\u00edas de Libertador y Sucre (en Caracas) permanecen bajo el control del chavismo, y las de El Hatillo, Baruta y Chacao bajo el control de l\u00edderes opositores.
